PRIMARY CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY (CCA) PROGRAMME TERM 2 2024

General Information

AIS provides activities which challenges students to develop themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. We promote a safe environment in which our students are encouraged to be principled, caring, open minded, and risk takers

CCA Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment for CCAs is via the school website - click the link provided in this email
2. CCA online registration opens March 28th at 8.00 pm. Deadline for registration is on April 12th. An invoice/confirmation will be sent on or before April 23rd  by email if you registered on or before  the deadline. Starting Term 2, all payments are to be made into Yayasan Sekolah International Australia, OCBC account
3. However, if you have registered and did not receive an invoice/confirmation please contact the CCA Primary coordinator at remy.junsay@ais-indonesia.com.
4. CCA commences on  April 29th and finishes on June 21st. Once you have selected your activity you are expected to remain involved for the term. If there is a problem and you want to withdraw or if there are  any changes, please email the CCA Primary coordinator. Students will not be able to make changes once activities have commenced.
5. Newly enrolled students at school can be given a pro-rata fee if they enroll after Week 4 of the term. Existing students will not be given the pro-rata fee for late registration or absences due to sickness, personal holidays, or other school related activities. 
6. KLIM swim registration is vai google form
7. Instrumental lessons registration is by direct inquiry, contact the CCA Primary Coordinator.
